• Customer Data: Business details, account credentials, billing details, and recruiter preferences.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and platform activity logs.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide CV analysis, candidate scoring, and shortlist recommendations.
• To enable scheduling, communication, and integration with third-party systems.
• To maintain and improve the security and functionality of the platform.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Consent: Where candidates or customers have given consent.
• Contract: To deliver services requested by Customers.
• Legitimate Interest: Improving services and preventing fraud.
• Legal Obligation: Compliance with applicable laws.

4. Data Sharing & Transfers

• With Customers (e.g., employers, recruiters) who upload candidate data.
• With third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, ATS integration, payment processors).
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.
• Data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA with safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

5. Data Retention

• Candidate data is retained for up to 60 days post-interview unless otherwise agreed.
• Customer data is retained for the duration of the subscription and up to 6 years after termination for legal/accounting purposes.

• No method of transmission is 100% secure; users share data at their own risk.
